I want
a place where I belong

Every day, young ladies seek a sisterhood where they can belong, share experiences, and build lasting bonds with supportive and inspiring peers. Arizona Rainbow offers Assemblies across the state, providing a welcoming space for girls to find their fit. Our organization grows daily as more young girls discover their home with us.

I want
a place to shine

The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is the only youth club that teaches what matters most - leadership, confidence, and citizenship.

Rainbow exists to prepare every girl for life by fostering leadership, learning, and service, while promoting inclusion and empowering each girl to shine.

"By being a Rainbow Girl, I learned leadership skills, poise, public speaking skills, a responsibility to my community, and I met life-long friends.   I have a lot of good memories of being a Rainbow Girl. I enjoyed going to the Colorado State Capitol for mock trials with Jobs Daughters and DeMolay. I liked our service projects and our sleepovers, and I loved traveling to State and National events. I even liked memorizing our initiation work.

The advice that I would give today's Rainbow Girls is to find what you are passionate about and pursue it. Keep your goals high and be prepared to work towards them. Do not limit your dreams, make your education a priority, and make sure to stay connected to your community through service work."

I want
a place to make a difference

The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls believes that through helping others, we truly help ourselves. The benefits a young girl can gain from performing acts of kindness are endless - pride from volunteering for a community clean-up project, the joy of playing checkers with a senior citizen, and the accomplishment of raising funds to support another charitable organization. These are all ways that Rainbow guides young women toward becoming responsible, caring adults.

I want
a place to have fun

Rainbow Girls embody the spirit of working hard and playing hard. They take charge of their experience by choosing their own events and adventures, which leads to a vibrant mix of activities. From thrilling roller skating sessions to exciting visits to Comic-Con, watching captivating plays, exploring theme parks, and even running scared at nightfall, the girls embrace every opportunity to bond, grow, and have fun. Their commitment to both service and enjoyment creates a dynamic environment where hard work and play go hand in hand, fostering lifelong memories and friendships.

“My older sister and Mom were involved with Rainbow, always going to meetings, and I was curious. So when I turned 11, I was initiated and I loved it! Rainbow taught me confidence, public speaking, time management and responsibility. My favorite memory was traveling and being with friends. The quote, "Love made us friends, Rainbow made us sisters" is definitely true. My sister passed the traveling Grand Charity pin on to me, and my best friends served as Grand Worthy Advisor and Grand Officers – these were the same girls who later stood by me as Bridesmaids at my wedding.”
